Personal Lines Account Manager (Insurance CSR)

Be the trusted point of contact for our personal-lines clients — home, auto, and the coverage that protects their families.

What you'll do

• Service personal-lines accounts: endorsements, renewals, and day-to-day client questions
• Advocate for clients with our carrier partners
• Keep the highest standards for client communication and follow-through
• Spot coverage gaps and bring them to a producer's attention

What you need

• Active SC (and/or GA) Property & Casualty license, or willingness to obtain one
• Customer-service mindset and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable with agency systems (we'll train on ours)
