Consent and data usage

Phone numbers collected through the SMS consent process will not be shared or sold to third parties, and will be used solely for the communications you explicitly agreed to during the consent process. Your consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service.

Types of messages

SMS messages may include, but are not limited to:

• appointment reminders;
• billing information;
• policy and service notifications; and
• promotional offers, where you have opted in.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies based on your interactions. You may receive up to approximately 10 messages per week, depending on your subscriptions and activity.

Message and data rates

Standard carrier message and data rates may apply. GSP Insurance Group is not responsible for charges incurred through your wireless carrier.

How to opt in

You may provide consent by:

• digital form submission;
• physical paper form; or
• verbal agreement captured electronically or in writing.

How to opt out, and get help

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message from us; you will receive a confirmation and no further messages. For help, reply HELP, or contact us by phone or email. You may also ask us directly to remove you from our SMS list.

No coverage may be added, changed, or bound as a result of submitting a request for information or a quotation. All coverage must be confirmed by the agency in writing, subject to an acceptable signed application meeting the underwriting guidelines of the insurance company.
